What’s New in Ticketure: Features to Elevate Your Experience
April 14, 2025 by Eddie BlazerThe Ticketure team has announced exciting updates in their latest feature release, and we’re thrilled to share the details with you!
For those unfamiliar, Ticketure is a mobile-first, cloud-based ticketing system crafted specifically for arts and cultural organizations.
This release introduces new features aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing user experiences, and providing even more robust support for nonprofits.
Here's what’s new:
Streamlined Contact Management with Merging (Pilot Feature)
A long-requested feature, merging duplicate contacts, is finally here!
And it addresses this common scenario: a donor logs into your ticketing site using two different emails, resulting in duplicate accounts in Salesforce.
Managing these duplicates can be frustrating and inefficient. With the new merging capability, you can now combine two-person accounts in Salesforce into a single, clean record.
No more "zombie" contacts coming back from the dead.
Currently in pilot, this feature allows organizations to test it in their Sandbox environments. If you're interested, reach out to Ticketure to participate and provide feedback.
One final note: While merging is a powerful tool, we recommend using it judiciously to maintain clean and reliable data.
Enhanced Support for Nonprofit Cloud
Ticketure’s commitment to nonprofit organizations continues to grow with enhanced features tailored to the Nonprofit Cloud (NPC). Below are two of those updates:
1-Donation Integration:
Every donation received in Ticketure will now automatically create a corresponding transaction in Salesforce's Nonprofit Cloud, simplifying financial tracking and reporting.
2-Household Model Support:
Nonprofit organizations using custom household models in NPC will find better alignment with Ticketure. Whether you’re managing individual accounts or grouping them under a shared household, this update ensures seamless membership tracking and management.
These enhancements make it easier for nonprofits to manage memberships and donations in a way that aligns with their unique operational needs.
A New Era of Regular Updates
This release marks the beginning of a predictable cadence of updates, aligning with Salesforce's release cycles. (See the schedule below.) Historically, updates were done ad hoc, but this new schedule ensures a consistent and proactive approach to testing, bug fixes, and feature development.
Ticketure is also making it easier for users to voice their needs.
Feedback from customers plays a critical role in prioritizing fixes and new features, making this collaboration key to creating a better experience for all.
